The state-of-the-art Electrophysiology Center, part of University Hospitals Harrington Heart & Vascular Institute, is a leading provider of diagnostic and individualized treatment options for cardiac arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation (AF), a leading cause of stroke worldwide.
Our center is located at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, and has services available at several other University Hospitals locations across northeast Ohio. The Electrophysiology Center is one of the first such specialized medical facilities in the U.S., providing state-of-the-art medical and ablative therapies.

Center for Cardiovascular Genetics
The Electrophysiology Center also offers cardiovascular genetics services, a collaborative approach between adult and pediatric electrophysiologists, a geneticist and a genetic counselor. The center offers clinical screening, genetic testing, and treatment for inherited arrhythmia syndromes such as long QT, arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia/cardiomyopathy(ARVD/C), and catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (CCPVT).
