We will continue providing access to University Hospitals Neurological Institute resources – such as brain imaging scans, neurological consultations, and the latest clot-busting medication - when and where you need them most.

If you suspect a stroke, call 911 immediately. Stroke warning signs:

  • Sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, especially on one side of the body
  • Sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding
  • Sudden difficulty seeing in one or both eyes
  • Sudden difficulty walking
  • Dizziness, loss of balance or coordination
  • Sudden, severe headache with no known cause
