Scheduled video visits offer an ideal way to maintain your health with the provider you trust. Connect with your own UH provider at a time that works best for both of you.

On Demand Video Visits

Adults and children aged 1 year and older can video chat with UH provider, without an appointment, for the diagnosis and treatment of minor medical issues. Available 7 days a week, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

E-Visits

E-visits are ideal for 24/7 communication with a UH provider. Simply complete an online questionnaire with your symptoms and medical history to receive your diagnosis and treatment plan within 24 hours

Virtual care is a simple 3-step process. To start any virtual care visit, sign in to your UH MyChart account and navigate to the "Get Care". Both new and existing patients can log in and choose their preferred virtual visit option.
