UH Drive Garage
This 832-space parking garage is available for patients and visitors. From Euclid Avenue, cars will enter the garage off UH Drive.
Adelbert Garage
For access to University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital, University Hospitals MacDonald Women’s Hospital, Lakeside and Hanna House.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available 5:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. weekdays and Saturdays 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the entrance to Lerner Tower. Valet parking is available 24 hours a day at the entrance to UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. See parking map (PDF) for locations. Pay the valet when you pick up your car. The valets accept cash and credit cards.
Long-Term Parking
Long-term parking permits reduce parking costs for family members. Permits can be purchased at the UH Parking Office using cash, personal check, or credit cards (until 4 p.m.). For assistance, call the UH Parking Office, ext. 4PARK from inside the hospital or 216-844-7275 from outside the hospital; or visit the UH Parking Office, Humphrey Building, first floor, room 1629, near Pre-admission Testing on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
You can also purchase a long-term parking permit online and pick up your pass in person. The confirmation number and receipt will be emailed to you. Take the confirmation number to any of the below locations to pickup your Long Term Parking Pass:

UH Seidman Cancer Center Valet
Monday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Wheelchair Access
UH Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital has six wheelchair accessible hospital entrances, indicated with a wheelchair symbol on the PDF Parking Map. If you need a wheelchair, please ask an Information Desk Receptionist or Greeter at entrances for assistance. Greeters can escort you to various patient care locations.
Wayfinding Kiosks
Electronic kiosks throughout our campus help patients and visitors find their way and locate services, doctors’ offices and departments. Just touch the screen to select a destination, and a map and specific directions will appear. See parking map (PDF) for wayfinding kiosk locations.
Parking Discounts
UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital offers discounted parking for family members of hospitalized patients.
Visitor Parking Prices:
- 0 – 1 hour: Free
- 1 – 2 hours: $3
- 2 – 3 hours: $5
- 3 – 4 hours: $7
- 4 – 5 hours: $9
- 5 hours or more: $12
- Lost ticket fee: $12
