Vial of Life at UH Parma Medical Center

Vial of Life is a free service provided by the Auxiliary of UH Parma Medical Center that gives emergency personnel quick access to personal and medical information in an emergency.

Upon request, the Auxiliary will provide two labels – one to be placed on the individual’s front door and one that goes on their refrigerator. This notifies EMS personnel to look inside the plastic container for life-saving information, including medical background and medications taken.

Call the Auxiliary of UH Parma Medical Center at 440-743-2372 for more information on how to participate in this life-saving program.
