HypnoBirthing uses relaxation and self-hypnosis techniques to promote confidence, calm and comfort during the birthing experience and eliminate fear and tension. This class meets for 2.5 hours once a week for five weeks and is best taken during the second trimester.One class fee includes 2 participants except Family & Friends CPR, Heartsaver First Aid, and Grandparenting ( charge per person).
