The Bariatric Surgery, Metabolic & Nutrition Center at UH Geauga Medical Center, part of University Hospitals Digestive Health Institute, can help obese individuals achieve effective, long-term weight loss when diet and exercise alone are not enough. We are the only hospital in Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula counties offering a surgical bariatric program and are an accredited center of the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP).
