How to Participate in Cardiac Rehabilitation

Participation in the cardiac rehabilitation program requires a doctor's referral. For those who need a referral, our team will help guide that process. Participation includes group classes, which are held frequently throughout the week, Monday through Friday. Classes are held in the Cardiac Rehabilitation Center at UH Elyria Medical Center.
