Patient Experience Reviews
We LOVE Dr. Jacono!
Dr. Jacono is the absolute best! We had an amazing UH Pediatrician before we moved to this area 3 years ago. I was so worried about switching providers that we would drive 50 minutes to our old doctor. I'm glad we took the chance & found a doctor close to our new home. Dr. Jacono exceeds my expectations. Every time. She talks to our 9yo and asks him for his opinion. She has built a great relationship with him & has earned his trust. She is extremely thorough, caring & respectful. She takes her time with every appointment. She really cares. Words cannot express how much we appreciate her, the nurses & staff at the Oberlin practice.
We love Dr. Jacono and all of the staff at the *** practice! They are the best!
Dr Jacono couldn't be better.
Dr. Jacono is great.
Medical care for Lincoln exceeded our expectations. Absolutely love the care he receives and that we are treated respectfully about our concerns for his health. Hands down the best!
Dr. Jacono is the best and always gives great service.
Dr. Jacono has taken care of my kids for the last 19yrs. She has always been attentive and respectful. Not only that but she goes above and beyond to be sure we understand what is going on and that my kids understands every visit. She's been so amazing with my kids and not my nieces and nephew all are not patients as well. Thank you for being you Dr. Jacono and staff!
Dr. Jacono is truly an amazing Pediatrician. She takes time to listen to any concerns and is very thorough. She cares for her patients so well. We are lucky to have her as our doctor.
We love Dr. Jacono since *** was born! As long as she's here, we'll definitely continue seeing her until Henry ages out. Thank you!
Dr. Jacono is an amazing doctor! She is thorough, patient, informative, caring, and follows up. She makes you feel comfortable and my kids are always excited to go see her.
Dr Jacono is wonderful!! We are so very thankful for her!
Care provider was perfect but the receptionist made it very clear she was annoyed that I asked for the referral papers his doctor had asked me to have her print out.
Dr Jacono ALWAYS takes the time with her patients she needs & we never mind waiting for her! She is WONDERFUL & we understand & respect the fact she is not rushing to get to her next patient! She is worth waiting for & we request her EVERY TIME! We are blessed to have her take care of our childcare since they were born, unfortunately they grow up & she can't be their caregiver forever!
We love Dr. Jacono! She is very understanding, informative, patient, and courteous. She is amazing with kids!
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, Kari Jacono did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.
