Patient Experience Reviews
I adore Dr. Irvin and am very thankful I found her! I've been seeing her over a year now and she has always given me the time and care I needed. There is no doubt that she gives all her patients the time they need, so I don't mind waiting to be seen. She is a wonderful doctor and all doctors should be more like her.
Very professional
The best doctor I have ever had! She has become a big part in my health journey, first doctor to put forth an effort in their job to help me and get to the bottom of issues I have. She is a big voice of my care. Very caring and thorough!!! I can talk to her about anything!
Dr. Irvin has always listened to my concerns. She has been extremely kind and helpful getting me through the recent death of my husband. I know she tends to run behind but I don't mind waiting for her because I know she won't just rush through my appointment. Some Drs. Seem to rush you just to stay on schedule. How can they be giving good medical care? If they don't have the time to listen how can you be sure they aren't missing something important?
The wait was over an hour and a half. Not very considerate of MY time. I had to change my plans. She is a very good doctor, but the wait time is ridiculous. I will probably find a different doctor because of it.
The entire visit was a disappointment.
This Dr and staff are very good and friendly. I really like the Dr and staff. ***
This was an initial visit as a new patient for routine care. I was looking for a physician closer to home. Everything I learned about this office practice was positive. The doctor and staff were exceptional. I am very happy with my decision to have Dr Irvin as my new PCP.
In one word Great
The wait time to get called back to an exam room usually goes way past the scheduled appointment time and the wait in the exam room before the doctor comes in, is also usually a pretty lengthy wait...but the care I receive and the time my doctor takes to make sure I'm taken care of, all questions answered thoroughly and she is just so very caring and sweet...I wouldn't trade her for anyone else. I fully trust my doctor and the wait times can be overlooked.
Love Dr. Irvin. She makes you comforable n explains everything n answers any questions you have,
Dr. Irvin is worth the wait.
I love going to Sara as my physician, ***
I love going to UH, the doctors and staff are so nice ***
Dr Irvin listens to all my concerns and sends me for any tests I may need to have to get answers.
Dr. Irvin and her staff are great. There was a wait but I think it is because she is so popular in our town.
I got very good care from Dr. Irvin.
Dr. Irvin is one of the most compassionate Drs I've been to. I never feel rushed or judged about any of my health problems.
Everything went well and I'm very happy with Sara being my doctor.
Dr. Irvin continues to impress me with her listening skills and her expertise in regards to medicine. My husband and I are both pleased that we switched from *** doctors to Dr. Irvin and the other UH specialists. What a difference there is between these two health care systems and the doctors working for them.
I really like my provider, ***
I will gladly wait as long as it takes to see Dr. Irvin. She takes her time with each patient and makes sure to address all concerns.
Everything was good.
A great experience with this physician. I felt as though she actually saw me as a person and not numbers in a chart.
It's frustrating to contact the office because you NEVER speak to anyone. Messages go ignored for days. Makes you wonder if you are receiving adequate care.
She is very thorough takes her time with the patience however every every time I go I'm in the office and the waiting room up to 2 hours I think a nurse practitioner full-time would be very helpful to her
Really like the Dr and staff....BUT.....The wait time is way way too long.I waited in the room for the Dr for over an hour. That's not ok
Dr. Irvin is very caring and knowledgeable.
Great!!
Dr Irvin is the first primary doctor that has thought outside of the normal doctor box which made its way to figuring out why I've been so sick all these years. I highly recommend her to everyone. She invests her time and actually shows she cares.
Dr. Irvin is a great doctor.
This was my initial appointment with the provider. I was looking for a new doctor and she came highly recommended.
I really like Dr. Irvin. Only waiting time for everything sometimes can be long. As long as I get the care I need I don't mined the wait.
EXCELLENT in every except
This was my first visit with this provider, I was very pleased with how everything went. I am looking forward to staying with Dr. Irvan for a long time.
The provider listen and referred other exams and doctor to address my concerns.
