Patient Experience Reviews
Aubrey is wonderful- I couldn't ask for more compassionate and thorough care. ***
Aubrey is excellent, she had been my healthcare provider for several years, she is kind caring and explains everything so you understand. *** She kept other health issues in mind when prescribing this medication for me. She is absolutely wonderful! Incredibly kind, great listener and very understanding.
Dr Shearn is new to me. She is replacing my previous dr Mary Revolinsky who is moving to Fla.
This was my first visit with Aubrey as *** is no longer in practice here. Aubrey is wonderful!
Aubrey is wonderful- she is knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic, and not judgmental. I know I can talk to her about any concerns I have and she will always help in whatever way she can.
I love my doctor Aubrey she is so understanding and always has a smile when she comes into the room then she gives me a big hug!!! I truly have never had a primary NP/doctor so sweet and
Aubrey is a very intelligent and caring doctor. I will never go to another doctor other than her.
Aubrey is always prompt, attentive to detail and explains everything, so that I understand.
Great service. I am very pleased with my new care
Love Dr.Aubrey! She's got the biggest heart and really cares for her patients
Aubrey is probably the best care provider I've seen, and I've seen a lot between cancer and regular medical needs. She is kind, empathetic, she listens and considers how I want to proceed with meds, exams, follow up, etc. I never feel backed into a corner with her, and that is very important for someone with a history of trauma. She could not do anything better. ***
Shearn is a great provider who takes time to understand the patient as a person and their health experience
She respected my concerns and requests
Very satisfied
*** exceptional service from Aubrey and ***. I don't care where Aubrey would practice, I would follow her as long as I'm in Ohio. ***
My doctor is great. She talks to me like a person, not just a patient. She puts me at ease and I really appreciate that.
Very caring and understanding. Never feel rushed. Always feel like I am a real person.
She's the best.
Very professional and caring
The provider, the Med assistant and the receptionist were all outstanding and made me feel safe and less anxious. The med history and conversations were largely driven by the fact that we are all still getting to know My Chart. So there was stuff that wasn't in there at all and stuff I didn't even know of.
I was extremely pleased with Aubrey and the way she explained things.
Always a great experience with my care provider. I trust her completely with all my health concerns. Always makes you feel like a person and not just a number. Explains everything to you about your health and well being. I can talk to her very comfortably about any concerns or questions I may have. The staff and nurses are always friendly and courteous.
Excellent health care professional. Best visit with a health care professional ever. She was able to listen and understand all of the pieces of me that come together to determine health outcomes.
I am so glad I found this provider. I feel very confident in her care.
Excellent care as always!
Aubrey and her staff are fabulous!!!! I truly feel cared for and encouraged to care for myself.
I trust Aubrey completely. She genuinely cares!
Wonderful experience.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
