Patient Experience Reviews
Experience was excellent
Excellent care
First time seeing Dr. Gerace, she was very nice, knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. She explained everything she was doing and answered my questions. I will recommend to my friends and family.
Dr Gerace is excellent ***
Excellent experience with a very thoughtful and engaged professional.
Very attentive & caring.
Excellent experience.
I have been coming to this office for over 25 years. This was the best experience with the front office people and the np that I saw before seeing Dr Gerace. There have been many times over the years where the other workers in the office have been rude, standoffish, not friendly, etc. That was not the case at all last week! It makes a big difference.
Provider is consistent, knowledgeable and a good listener. Staff is efficient and nice.
I was nervous about my appointment, because of some past experience I've had with gynecology. Dr. Gerace is a wonderful doctor, and her nurses were very kind and attentive! I felt heard, well infomed, and taken care of. Thank you!
She was nice, professional, and friendly. ***
This was a follow-up appt. The initial appt took too long to get, but the follow-up was as needed. She's a lovely person and I felt confident in her. ***
Excellent health care visit
She is very good, but impossible to get an appointment with. I had to wait 8 weeks for an emergent situation. I will see how this current situation plays out, but I may switch as the wait is too long.
Dr. Gerace and the entire staff was very kind and help put my concern at ease. And they did very well with follow up.
Dr. Gretchen has been physician for years. I absolutely love her and how she is so respectful, understanding, and gets to know you as a person. I've seen her through me having my daughter and her marriage and 2 children. I would recommend her to everyone!
I trust and respect Dr. Gerace.
Dr. Gerace has always been an excellent and kind Doctor that gives me time for what I need.
Dr. Gerace is THE best gynecologist!
Excellent new patient visit.
First visit with this OB/GYN as mine recently retired. Happy to have landed with a doctor I believe I will like just as much.
I felt very well taken care of.Receptionust very cordial and welcoming, assistant was kind and understanding and Dr. Gerace was professional, made me feel at ease as I was new to her practice. A very comfortable experience.
Dr. Gerace is knowledgeable. She answered my questions. She is familiar with my history. She posted information quickly after the appointment.
Everything was great
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, Gretchen Gerace did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.
