On-demand care is not meant to replace in-person visits with your primary care provider. Consider these options when you have a medical condition that is not a life-threatening emergency, and your PCP is unavailable. Our care teams use electronic medical records to communicate with your UH provider, and coordinate referrals with University Hospitals specialists if you need further care.
