A Leading Resource for Pediatric Triage and Answering Services

The Rainbow Advice Center was created in 1995 at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, in response to the growing need to provide quality and timely care to parents after their pediatrician’s office had closed. Under the leadership of Andrew Hertz, MD, Medical Director, the Rainbow Advice Center evolved its service to a 24/7 offering that includes medical answering and nurse triage services.

Our client base includes:

  • Doctor and physician offices, including pediatric, family medicine and OB/GYN practices
  • Hospitals and medical centers
  • Universities

Today, the Rainbow Advice Center is one of the largest adult and pediatric nurse triage programs in the country, providing services to over 144,000 patients annually across seven states.

The Rainbow Advice Center is part of University Hospitals, one of the highest quality health systems in the nation. Located in Cleveland, Ohio, UH performs more than 4.5 million outpatient procedures, discharges nearly 63,000 inpatients annually and consists of 18 medical centers.
