UH Behavioral Health Institute APP Clinical Rotation Placement

University Hospitals Health System is dedicated to providing an enriching clinical experience for graduate APRN and PA students. Because of the high demand for placement and to ensure a quality educational experience we request that you complete the following application. We ask that you please do not reach out to providers individually.

Below are the application periods and deadlines:

Clinical Rotation	Application Period
Winter/Spring (January 1 - May 14)	July 1 - September 30 (notification by October 15)
Summer (May 15 - August 15)	December 1 - February 28 (notification by March 15)
Fall (August 16-December 31)	March 1 - May 31 (notification by June 15)

Requirements

Please ensure your academic institution has an affiliation agreement with UHHS
You must have an active Ohio Registered Nursing License
You must be in good academic standing

Please be advised completion of the application does not guarantee clinical placement. Your application will be reviewed by our education committee and you will be contacted by the notification date above if you are selected.

*Please note at this time we are only accepting placement for APP students who require clinical rotations specific to pharmacology. We cannot place students requiring individual/group therapy at this time.
