University Hospitals (UH) is committed to providing an excellent digital experience for all patients and their families with disabilities, and our goal is to deliver a web experience that is aligned with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, at Level “AA” criteria.

In order to make sure that UH adheres to the standards for accessibility, UH uses several tools for website validation including manual testing with JAWS screen reader on new features and monthly accessibility audits.
