Study Purpose
The purpose of this study is to compare the role a 7-day diet to that of your usual eating habits on gut bacteria in patients diagnosed with Crohn's disease or healthy controls (18-65 years old). Eligible individuals enrolled in the study will be randomly assigned to receive either a soy-based diet or an identical diet without soy for 7 days.
