Meet the Sleep Medicine Team
Adult Sleep Medicine
Our sleep medicine clinical experts offer comprehensive care for any sleep concern. They see adults with sleep-related symptoms or sleep disorders who need evaluation or management including associated medical issues related to sleep.
Behavioral Sleep Psychologists
Our team offers short-term sleep psychotherapy including cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). This approach focuses on thoughts, feelings and expectations about sleep, and promotes the development of proven sleep habits to improve the quality of sleep. Available for children and adults.
In some cases, sleep disorders like snoring and obstructive sleep apnea can be managed with surgery and other CPAP alternatives. Sleep surgery providers are specially trained to discuss these alternatives and surgically manage and treat patients with those problems. They can also help with nasal obstruction and other anatomic issues that make it difficult to use CPAP.
