How to Apply

Pulmonary Fellows

The Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship Program at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, in collaboration with Case Western Reserve University, offers five fellowship positions a year. All applications to join the program should be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) system.

ERAS Application Requirements

  • Three letters of recommendation (including a letter from the program director of your internal medicine residency program)
  • Personal statement
  • Official medical school transcripts
  • Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE)
  • United States Medical Licensing Examination (USLME) transcript if applicable
  • Valid Educational Commission For Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certificate for foreign medical school graduates if applicable
  • Photograph

Application deadline is September 1st. Interviews for pulmonary critical care fellowship openings are held in September and October.
