Erin Murphy, CNP
Erin Murphy, CNP, received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from John Carroll University and received her master’s degree in Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Case Western Reserve University. She completed the Public and Community Fellowship at Case Western Reserve University in 2013.
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at The Centers for Families and Children, she is the Lead Clinical Mentor for the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Fellowship and is lead clinician for a high utilizers pilot program, which provides intensive clinical attention to patients with one year of frequent use of inpatient and emergency medical services. She also is the clinician lead for the Stephanie Tubbs Jones integrated care clinic in partnership with Cleveland Clinic. The program is a successful and sustainable example of a partnership between a large medical system and a community mental health center to provide direct integrated care. More recently, she has taken on work providing integrated care at a Federally Qualified Health Center and is working to help revise clinical workflows to emphasize true clinical and administrative integration.
