University Hospitals Eye Institute Helps Clinicians Provide Superior Care and Treatment

The ophthalmologists and optometrists at the UH Eye Institute are dedicated to helping clinicians meet the individual needs of their patients. Our vision experts are available to provide a variety of services, including screening exams, diagnostic testing, treatment for simple and complex vision disorders, and care for conditions requiring surgery. Physicians and healthcare practitioners treating patients for diabetes should consult the institute to set up specialized screening examinations for patients at risk for developing diabetic retinopathy, a sight-threatening condition.
