Lynda Robinson, AYT-L2, RYT 500, OT/L

Lynda has been working as Occupational Therapist in both hospital and outpatient settings for 16 years. She specializes in upper body repetitive strain conditions, post-operative joint replacement and spine surgery recovery, arthritis, and anxiety and depression in relationship to rehabilitation. Lynda trained over a thousand hours in a classical hatha yoga style which involves poses, breathing and meditation practices. Lynda incorporates yoga into her Occupational Therapy practice. She also organizes seminars integrating research-based yoga as a holistic approach to common medical problems. Lynda is YogaEd certified to teach grades Pre-K to 8 and continuously integrates yoga into her family life.
