How to Apply
To begin the application process for the Advanced Heart Failure/Cardiac Transplantation Fellowship training program, complete the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) beginning July 1. The complete ERAS application should be submitted by August 15.
ACGME-Accredited Advanced Heart Failure Fellowship Applications
Each year, we offer:
- One Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)-accredited position for candidates who have already completed a U.S.-based cardiology fellowship
- One or two positions for candidates directly from internal medicine residency
Please note: Candidates without a prior cardiovascular disease fellowship will be ineligible to sit for the Advanced Heart Failure board exam.
The program does not accept applications from applicants on H1B visas at this time.
