From Cleveland Hopkins International Airport / Columbus: Take I-71 north to I-90 east and exit at Chester Avenue (Exit 173B). Merge right onto Chester, use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Euclid Avenue (about 3.5 miles). Turn right onto UH Drive. The main entrance to the hospital (Lerner Tower) is straight ahead. The Parking garage is on your right.

From Pittsburgh / Youngstown: Travel west on Route 80, get off at the I-480 exit and continue traveling west. Exit at I-77 north and follow to I-90 east. Exit at Chester Avenue (Exit 173B) and turn right. Approximately 3.5 miles turn left onto Euclid Avenue. Turn right onto UH Drive. The main entrance to the hospital (Lerner Tower) is straight ahead. The Parking garage is on your right.

From Detroit / Toledo: Take I-90 East and exit at Chester Avenue (Exit 173B). Merge right onto Chester, use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Euclid Avenue (about 3 miles). Turn right onto UH Drive. From Erie / Buffalo: Take I-90 west and exit at Martin Luther King Drive/University Circle (Exit 177). Turn left off the exit and travel south through Rockefeller Park. Stay in the middle lane to cross over East 105 Street then take first left onto East Boulevard. Continue on East Boulevard bearing left at the fork onto Ford Drive. Follow Ford to Euclid Avenue, turn right onto Euclid Avenue. Turn left onto UH Drive. The main entrance to the hospital (Lerner Tower) is straight ahead. Parking garage will be on your right.

To the Courtyard Marriott

From Cleveland Hopkins International / Columbus: Travel east on I-90 and get off at the Chester Avenue exit. Approximately 5 miles turn left onto Euclid and then right onto Cornell Road. The hotel will be on your left. Take I-71 north to I-90 east and exit at Chester Avenue (Exit 173B). Merge right onto Chester, use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Euclid Avenue (about 3.5 miles). From the Marriott to Lerner Tower

If staying at the Courtyard Marriott, please walk to the front entrance of the hotel and turn left to cross Cornell Road at the nearest crosswalk. Once across the street, turn left and then turn right to walk to the Cornell Road hospital entrance. Enter and walk up the stairs and continue straight to the Lerner Tower Lobby.

From University Hospitals and Courtyard Marriott to Cleveland Hopkins Airport

From Hospital: Travel north on UH Drive to Euclid Avenue. Turn left onto Euclid then turn right onto Chester Avenue. Follow Chester for several miles, and then take the 90 west exit towards I-77/I-71. Continue on I-71 south (signs for Columbus/I-71). Continue on OH-237 south (signs for OH-237/Berea/Toledo/I-480). Continue on OH-237 south (signs for OH-237/Berea/Toledo/I-480). Keep right at the fork to merge onto Terminal Drive.

From Hotel: Travel north on Cornell Road to Euclid Avenue. Turn left onto Euclid then turn right onto Chester Avenue. Follow Chester for several miles, and then take the 90 west exit towards I-77/I-71. Continue on I-71 south (signs for Columbus/I-71). Continue on OH-237 south (signs for OH-237/Berea/Toledo/I-480). Continue on OH-237 south (signs for OH-237/Berea/Toledo/I-480). Keep right at the fork to merge onto Terminal Drive.

Great Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA)

Take the RTA Rapid train from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport to the Courtyard Marriott and UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. At the Airport Station take the Red Line train to the Little Italy-University Circle station (15 stops). Walk to 2021 Cornell Road (about 6 minutes) to the Marriott.

The Red Line operates 7 days a week from approximately 4:00 a.m. until approximately 12:30 a.m. See the Red Line schedule for specific times.

Riding the Rapid costs $2.25 each way for a one-vehicle or train ride. Passes can be purchased from the Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) at the Airport Station. Exact fare is required and credit/debit cards can be used.

The Red Line uses a Proof-of-Payment system. Keep activated passes and fare cards handy in case Transit Police asks to see your Proof of Payment.
