Study Purpose
The purpose of this 24-week study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of an investigational medication to possibly improve social behavior and communication.
Who Can Participate
Participants between the ages of 5 and 17 who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder may be eligible for this study. Eligible participants may receive a thorough psychiatric evaluation, investigational study drug and close follow up from a pediatric psychiatrist.
