Dr Melton didn't sit bc the room was very small, with nowhere to sit until she did the Pap test. While doing the test, she told me exactly what was happening and how I would feel. It made me very comfortable during the exam.

I love Dr. Melton, she takes great care of me. Her staff from receptionist to MAs are always professional. I have not had a bad experience connected to this provider or other providers in her office.

I have waited 60+ minutes on my last three appointments to be seen at this office. Dr Tia Melton has made great effort in making me feel valued and cared for but the wait time is becoming excessive.

Dr. Melton is always plesant, smiles and listens to my concerns. I truly feel she cares, she also listens to me talk about my daughter who was a previous patient and my granddaughter. I LOVE having Dr. Melton as my GYN. Dr. Melton goes above and beyond explaning what she is doing, answers to questions as well as provides reading material about concerns or procedures.

Dr. Melton and the everyone I interacted with during my visit (especially ***) were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There was little to no wait time to be seen, Dr. Melton answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed when talking to her. Additionally, Dr. Melton and her assistant *** were very personable and did an excellent job explaining everything done during the appointment and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. I would highly recommend her and the ***one that needs their services.

This was the first time seeing Dr Melton. I was being established as a new patient. My previous GYN closed her practice and I have not made arrangements for my records to be sent to Dr Melton however she was able to see most thru *** and was very knowledgeable about me, took time to review my *** and prescriptions. She was great!I *** I presently gave Dr Melton a 9 since I am just getting to know her and her office staff. Let me see her next year and will most likely increase to a 10!

My overall experience with Dr. Melton has always been a great one. Dr. Melton has always explained every thing to me in a layman's terms. Dr. Melton Is a great doctor that's why I chose her. Dr. Melton bed side manners are superior, very great knowledgeable and caring doctor.

The receptionist were sort of loud. I believe people should have fun at work but they were not focused. I was sitting in the room after seeing the doctor for 20 mins waiting for someone to come back in. The nurse/receptionist forgot to come in to give me my paperwork. The doctor was great! Very knowledgeable and respectful and helpful. I'll be back to see her again.
