We accept both MD and DO applicants through ERAS. The following documents are required for the application to be considered complete:

• The ERAS application form
• Curriculum Vitae (generated by ERAS)
• Medical school transcripts
• USMLE/COMLEX transcripts
• MSPE (Dean’s letter)
• Three letters of recommendation
• Personal statement
