Todd David Otteson, MD, MPH
Dr. Otteson is the Division Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology at UH Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital.
He earned his medical degree at Georgetown University Medical School and his master's of public health at the University of Pittsburgh. He received special training in General Surgery at Georgetown University and was a research fellow in medicine/endocrinology at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C.
