Erika Lundgrin, MD, MS
Adult and Pediatric Endocrinologist
Erika Lundgrin, MD, MS is an adult and pediatric endocrinologist who treats patients of all ages with endocrine problems, with a special interest in improving care for patients with diabetes. After completing undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley and conducting research at the UCB School of Optometry, she moved to Cleveland to pursue medical training at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. During medical school she also obtained a master’s degree through CWRU’s Clinical Research Scholars Program. She subsequently completed Med/Peds residency and a combined endocrine fellowship at University Hospitals and Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. Her research has focused on type 1 diabetes, nutrition, and pediatric-to-adult transition. Outside the hospital, she enjoys exploring new hiking trails, museums, and restaurants with her family.
