How to Apply

physicians

Our ACGME-accredited program accepts applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS), and accepts applications online.

To begin, submit your application to ERAS by December 1 - a year and a half prior to your desired start date (i.e., December 1, 2017 to start July 1, 2019). The deadline to apply is December 15, and candidates selected to interview for this highly competitive fellowship will be contacted in mid-January.

Applications must include:

  • Completed ERAS application
  • Personal statement
  • USMLE reports
  • At least three letters of recommendation (including one from your Cardiology Program Director)
  • ECFMG certificate, if applicable

The program does not accept applicants on H1B visas at this time.

To apply for the unaccredited advanced Peripheral/Structural Heart Disease Fellowship, email a letter of inquiry with your CV to cvfellow@case.edu.
