How to Apply

Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship Program applications must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

To begin, submit your application to ERAS after August 31, 2020 for fellowship starting July 1, 2021. Interviews will take place through October 31, 2020.

Applications must include a completed ERAS application which includes:

• Personal statement
• USMLE reports
• At least three letters of recommendation (including one from your Cardiology Program Director)
• ECFMG certificate, if applicable
