Crystal Lantz, MD
Dr. Lantz is a general internist at University Hospitals Medical Practices with a private practice at University Suburban Health Center, as well as a faculty member of the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She attended medical school at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, and joined the UH Internal Medicine Residency Program in
2010. She was a chief resident in the program and joined as faculty in 2014.Dr. Lantz spends most of her time as a primary care physician at her community practice. She also supervises residents one day per week in the outpatient resident clinic. Her interests are providing quality, comprehensive primary care to a broad range of patients and preventive health care with a focus on the management of obesity. Dr. Lantz has three young children.
