On Call Schedule for Residents

First call: First year residents will take call from September of their first year to August of their second year. Call is divided equally among residents. Each resident takes about 2 months of total call. Call is taken from home.

Second call: Third-year residents act as “second call” to back up the first call residents. Call is taken from home.
