Meds to Beds Program Provides Convenience to Patients Going Home with Prescriptions
UH Samaritan Medical Center Retail Pharmacy can fill your discharge medications and deliver them to your bedside before you leave the hospital.
A pharmacist delivers the medication, and so you also will receive medication counseling at the same time you receive your medicine.
This is an optional service of convenience that can ease the transition from hospital to home. If you are interested in the Meds to Beds service, please notify your nurse.
Most insurance plans are accepted. Prescriptions can be paid with cash, check, or major credit cards.
Meds to Beds Service Hours
Monday through Friday: First pickup is at 8 a.m.; last pickup is at 4 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: First pickup is at 9 a.m.; last pickup is at 3 p.m.
In addition to the Meds to Beds program, UH Samaritan Medical Center Retail Pharmacy is open daily to provide prescription services to the public. Bring in your prescriptions or contact us at 419-289-9636.
