Visitor Services at University Hospitals Parma Medical Center

We believe in patient- and family-centered care and fully understand that patients benefit from family and friends visiting them in the hospital. Please review the system-wide policies before visiting any UH facility.

All UH medical centers are following the same visitor policies as outlined here. UH Parma Medical Center visiting hours are from 8 a.m – 8 p.m.

Please note that patient room numbers and direct telephone numbers are provided by the Information Desk unless the patient requests that this information not be released.

Dining at UH Parma Medical Center

UH Parma Medical Center’s Cafeteria is located on the ground floor between the Auditorium and the main elevators. The Cafeteria offers hot meals, healthy choice entrees, as well as carry-out deli and salad selections.

The daily menu is available on the menu hotline at 440-743-4321.

Gift Shop

Located just off the main lobby near the hospital's entrance, our Gift Shop is operated by the Parma Hospital Auxiliary. Choose from fresh flowers or balloons, plus a large selection of jewelry, inspirational items, and seasonal items to brighten any patient’s day. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Smoke-Free Environment

For health and safety reasons, smoking is not permitted on the hospital campus.

The hospital does not restrict visitors based on age, race, ethnicity, religion, culture, language, physical or mental disability, socioeconomic status, sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity or expression; but may be restricted based upon the patient's condition or area.
