It's always a good experience.
I feel very blessed that I have Dr. Butere as my primary position. Not only is he a great doctor, but he is an amazing human being who cares about every patient and always, always does his best to listen and to help in any way that he can.Simply put, he is not only a great doctor, but also a great human being!
Dr. Butry is an amazing, caring Dr. And person. He is always running late for appointments because he makes sure he answers all your questions and listens to all his patients concerns. The staff are always nice, polite, and helpful. My Family doesn't mind going to the Dr. Because of Dr. Butry and the staff.
I am well please with the service receive from my Dr. And the team. They are all very comforting and easy to share my personal issues with.
I usually see Dr. *** but he had a long wait to see him so I made an appointment with Dr. Butry. He was very helpful and professional and took great care of me.

Dr Butrey and his team are extraordinary. I moved to the *** but continue to drive the distance to Avon to see Dr. Butrey. He has excellent medical expertise and has never given me advice that didn't solve my problem! From adult chicken pox, inflammation and now diabetes he is my guiding light. I consider him a trusted friend. He Is a precious caring person. I fell blessed to have him as my wellness team leader and observe his interactions with others and know we are all blessed to have him in our lives. He supercedes expectations every visit and is a truly unique medical professional.

Dr. Butrey is the most thorough physician I have ever seen. My wife and I have been patients of his for *** years. I can't imagine going to another doctor.

I love Dr Butrey but the wait times are terrible. I waited an hour in the waiting room. I would come to the doctor more often if I knew my appointment time was going to be less than 2 hours.
Dr Butrey is a wonderful physician and person. He spent extra time with me. He called me after hours at home to check on my condition. He matches skill with care. I feel very fortunate to have him handling my health needs. ***

Wonderful care and excellent staff. Dr was always very thorough explaining my problems and followed up with my progress even after hours. Offered different options and listened to my issues. I will continue to see dr boutry in the future. The only issue I ever have is the wait time for my appts usually a good hour or two but I will still continue to have him as my Dr because I feel very comfortable talking with him and he has made my chronic condition as barrable as It can be

Dr. Buttey his staff and the office help are always courteous, friendly, recognize me every visit and are always professional and helpful. The medical assistant and the doctor always listen to me and are genuinely helpful and interested. I spend a little more time than I think is necessary but the doctor has a lot of patients and is a very good doctor. He is always worth the time I wait to see him.

I really like Dr Butrey, but the wait time is ridiculous. I always have to wait an hour and a half to two hours before seeing the doctor. I would be more satisfied if I could get in quicker and get out quicker. I have more important things to do besides wait on the doctor to come in the room. An hour and a half to two hours is too long to wait to see a doctor.
