Preparing for Rotation at VA Hospital

To start the onboarding process for your upcoming VA rotation, please reach out to your specific residency, fellowship, or medical student rotation program coordinator to receive the contact information for your VA onboarding specialist.

Email your VA onboarding specialist and provide them with the information below to receive an invitation to our electronic onboarding portal.

• Full legal name as written on 2 IDs (First, Middle, Last)
• Citizenship Status (USA or name the specific country)
• Visa Status (if applicable)
• Year / Level of Training  (example PGY-2 Resident, Student-Yr 1)
• Affiliate (e.g., CWRU, Kent State)
• Program (e.g., Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, medical student clerkship)
• Program Start & Anticipated Graduation Date  (e.g., 7/1/2024-6/30/2027)

Male US citizens need to be registered for Selective Service to rotate to the VA.
