BODYATTACK™

This is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength & stamina. A high-energy interval training class that combines athletic aerobic movements with strength & stabilization exercises. Levels 2 & 3

BODYCOMBAT™

Warrior workout to develop coordination and release stress. Kick/block/strike while you destroy calories. Levels 2 & 3

BODYSTEP™

Feel liberated and alive with the energizing step workout that pushes fat-burning systems into high gear. All Levels

BODYPUMP™

A weight-training workout in a group fitness setting using barbells with adjustable weights set to motivation music. Strengthen tone and define each major muscle group. Stickers are required and are available at the front desk 30 minutes prior to class. All Levels

Bootcamp

A fast paced total body workout including strength training, cardio drills, core balance and flexibility. Various equipment and body weight movements are used. Levels 2 & 3

Cardio Muscle Mix

This is an intense mix of various cardio & strength training with core and balance. Taught in interval super sets. Levels 2 & 3

Hustle and Flow

Embrace a challenge! A fusion of creativity and controlled movement. Weights are used in a power yoga sequence with upper and lower body exercises. Incorporates balance, core/spine, and strengthening and non-yoga cardio to increase heart rate. Ends with yoga poses to stretch, restore and reflect. All Levels

Interval Sculpt

Focusing on strength while keeping the heart-rate elevated with brief intervals of cardio drills. All Levels

Mid-Day Toning

This class is for the beginner or active fitness participant. Various equipment used to increase strength and flexibility. All Levels

Pilates

Strengthen and lengthen your abs, oblique and back muscles by developing core stability. All Levels

Pound

Using Ripstix, weighted drumsticks that are provided, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Super Sculpt

Improve muscles definition and endurance utilizing various equipment such as free weights, body bars and bands. All Levels

Total Cardio Tabatas

Super effective 20/10 approach to high intensity cardio intervals. Class can be modified in intensity. Levels 2 & 3

Triple-Blast

This is a true interval class using basic moves. Rotate cardio drills with strength drills for a complete workout. All Levels

Zumba Gold

Same great Zumba Latin moves at a lower intensity, simple choreography for the active older adult or beginner participant. Levels 1 & 2
