Established in 1989, UH Westshore Primary Care serves the communities of western Cuyahoga and eastern Lorain counties with eight convenient offices. With a focus on prevention, our outstanding physicians and clinical staff work together in primary care, family practice, pediatrics, dermatology, podiatry and endocrinology to effectively coordinate your care. Other services offered here include a dietitian, skin rejuvenation, acne treatment, dermabrasion, bone densitometry, and weight management.

Many of our convenient locations offer evening and weekend urgent care hours. For those times when hospital services are required, our providers are affiliated with leading teaching and community hospitals, such as University Hospitals St. John Medical Center and Fairview Hospital.
