Childbirth/Parenting Classes: Most parenting and childbirth classes (including UH MacDonald Prenatal Tours) are now being offered virtually. Following class registration, you will receive instructions on how to participate in these classes via email. However, the following classes have been cancelled; Pediatric Heartsaver First Aid and Prenatal Couple Massage. Please join Amanda Opaskar, MD, UH Neurological Institute at UH St. John Medical Center. Learn the facts about stroke – signs and symptoms, along with lifestyle changes you can make to control the health conditions that raise your risk for stroke. Dr. Opaskar will also answer your questions at the conclusion of her presentation.
