Introduction to Mindfulness

Join us for an 8 week mindfulness course led by Suzanne Rusnak. Mindfulness is a way of paying attention in the present moment, on purpose, and non-judgmentally. Through the use of formal and informal practices we can train our minds and bodies in this kind of awareness. Participants will receive an introduction to the principles of mindfulness.

$150 includes course materials and CD. Please call our office to register for the course. UH Employees cost is FREE and sign up via GPS.
