Holistic Birth Options

This class is presently being offered virtually. This class provides a general overview of a variety of natural birthing options, including an introduction to our “Holistic Birth Center” program. We will discuss natural childbirth options, including warm water immersion, aromatherapy, music and various relaxation techniques. This class is not a detailed class on all coping techniques for childbirth, but rather a summary of the tools that are frequently used during natural childbirth at UH St. John Medical Center.
