Guardianship Essentials: Get the Facts

This course is designed to introduce you to what occurs when a client/patient becomes incompetent and is no longer able to make important medical or financial decisions for himself or herself. You will gain knowledge of the process of obtaining a Guardianship from the local Probate Court as well as what happens after Guardianship is appointed. By knowing these basics you will be able to provide critical information to your client’s loved ones so that care is not interrupted.
