This is an introduction to meditation. The course will include breathing practices for relaxation and focusing the mind, mindfulness techniques, guided imagery, mantra, and affirmation. Some of these are ‘mini-practices’ that take just a minute or two and can easily be integrated into your day. Meditation workbook included.
This class is free to UH Employees registering through GPS. Zoom link and materials will be sent upon registration.
