Prepared Childbirth

Wednesdays starting Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 6:00 PM through Wednesday, October 11, 2023

Based on the Lamaze Method. Prepares expectant parents for the physical and emotional aspects of the later stages of pregnancy, labor and birth. Bring two bed pillows and a small blanket to class sessions. All classes include 2 participants ( 1 class fee) per class except CPR ( charge per person). Prenatal tours include 2 registrants ( expectant mother and support person). Reduced fee classes – please call 216-844-4000 for eligibility questions and to register for classes.
