Childbirth Preparation

Mondays starting Monday, June 5, 2023 at 6:30 PM through Monday, June 19, 2023

The class is IN PERSON and provides information on labor & delivery, breathing & relaxation, comfort measures, medications, C-section and postpartum. Bring 2 pillows and a blanket for practicing. A virtual tour of the Family Birthing Unit may be included. The cost for this class is $70 per couple. One registration includes 2 people.
