Division of Global Health
The Center for Emergency Medicine's Division of Global Health has a diverse and comprehensive programming that includes the following:
- Global Emergency Medicine Training Fellowship in collaboration with International Medical Corps.
- Residency collaborations and exchanges with Academic Centers in Thailand and Iceland
- HIV Testing and Care Collaborative - Department of Emergency Medicine & Department of Infectious Diseases
The division also supports the global health fellowship program by offering:
- Field work opportunities with the International Medical Corps
- A course for Case Western Reserve undergraduates and graduate students taught by division faculty titled: MPHP 540 - Operational
- Aspects of International Disaster Relief
- Mandatory yearly United Nations Fellows Briefings Trip
- Monthly Global Health Journal Club
