Division of Global Health

The Center for Emergency Medicine's Division of Global Health has a diverse and comprehensive programming that includes the following:

  • Residency collaborations and exchanges with Academic Centers in Thailand and Iceland
  • HIV Testing and Care Collaborative - Department of Emergency Medicine & Department of Infectious Diseases

 

The division also supports the global health fellowship program by offering:

  • Field work opportunities with the International Medical Corps
  • A course for Case Western Reserve undergraduates and graduate students taught by division faculty titled: MPHP 540 - Operational
  • Aspects of International Disaster Relief
  • Mandatory yearly United Nations Fellows Briefings Trip
  • Monthly Global Health Journal Club
