Compensation and Benefits

The compensation University Hospitals provides to the Administrative Fellow is competitive with other fellowship programs both within University Hospitals and around the U.S. The benefits package offered to our fellows is the same benefits package that we offer to UH full-time employees, and it includes health benefits, retirement savings contribution, and paid time off (PTO) accumulation. There are also other various benefits that the fellows can choose to enroll in through our benefits department. In conjunction with the salary and benefits, each fellow is allowed to travel (and be reimbursed) to one health care-related conference during their 12-month program.
