Patient Experience Reviews
Great doctor and staff.
Excellent visit with Dr. Thomas. Felt very comfortable & confident in his care.
All was very good
Very good experience. Note, this visit was a "new-patient" orientation with myself and spouse as our former PCP retired. We were very comfortable and will continue care with the Doctor.
Dr Thomas listens to my concerns, takes the time to explain things.
Dr. Thomas was friendly and nice and listened to me. He spent what I thought was an appropriate amount of time with me. I am a new patient of the doctors and I believe I will come back to him again in 6 months. I have not had to call the office with any health issues since I started going to him. I am not sure if I have the office number for him but will check it out if needed.
Very good provider
Very good highly recommended
Was very pleased with the entire process and staff
Dr Thomas is the best doctor I've ever had. He's always kind and considerate.
dr. Thomas was considerate and answered questions
It was an excellent visit
As a 76 Y.O. Senior Citizen, I have had many primary care physicians over my years and Dr. David Thomas is by far the best I have experienced. Highly recommended and appreciated by both my wife and myself.
Excellent experience Dr.Thomas Is great! He listened to a complaint I had and was very concerned, se t me to hospital had 2 Stents put in 95% blockage he saved my life!!
Dr. Thomas in my words, is a very good doctor.. Seems to care about his patients.
Wonderful team no issues
Very good and caring doctor and team
Dr. Thomas occupies that space where art meets science. His capacity for clinical precision with a human touch exceeds the reach of whatever metric collapses these responses into a static figure of imagined value.
This was my initial appointment w/Dr Thomas. My previous pcp retired after 22 years. Dr Thomas was very easy to talk to, listened and ask questions about my previous health issues. He made me feel comfortable and was clear in his explanations. I feel comfortable I have found a new doctor to guide me in my health issues.
This was my first visit and Dr. Thomas has great bed side manner. This is what my husband and I were looking for in our new doctor.
All was good.
This was the best office visit I had in along time.
Dr. Thomas was warm, friendly, listened carefully and thoughtfully to my concerns, and had great eye contact! Very pleased with my appointment. Since I'm a brand new patient I was thrilled to find such a caring doctor!
Dr. Thomas is an excellent and caring physician. I would recommend him to family and friends.
Excellent experience. Took me in with his tight schedule. I felt I was in good hands.
Dr Thomas and staff are great !
Great doctor. Friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr. Thomas is an excellent provider
Dr. Thomas and staff have always been caring and professional.
This was my first vieit with Dr David Thomas. I am very happy to have him as my personal physician and was pleased to meet him. It is reassuring to have found a physician close to my home address.
Always a great experience at this office!
Dr. Thomas always works with me about when I can do any test he wants done.
It was my first meet with Dr. Thomas. I definitely felt I made a good choice for my primary care physician. He even called me to go over my blood work report. Good Doc!!
The appointment was efficient and all issues and concerns were addressed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Thomas to others, but mostly if I and they thought he might be a good fit for them. It would be the same with any primary care doctor or specialist. For the medical conditions I have, Dr. Thomas and other UH providers on my care team are working out well.
I really appreciate Dr. Thomas. He is personable and he cares about his patients!
Couldn't be better.
Dr. Thomas was thorough, asked questions, gave information. I was concerned because I had not had a Mammogram in over a year. Dr. Thomas said it was my choice, I opted not to have one since I have not had any recent concerns about any results.
Great care Good experience
Everything went well no problem
Dr. Thomas is an exceptional doctor who is beloved by the staff, which is understandable. He is the best doctor I've ever had.
Dr. David Thomas and his staff were prompt, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them!
Have a lot of trust in Dr. Thomas.
Dr Thomas listened to my concerns, he takes the time to explain things.
Dr. David Thomas has proven himself to be far superior to any previous General Practitioner with his knowledge, care and "bedside manor" to any I have had in the past. With the past 75 plus years of life and as a Vietnam veteran my experiences are somewhat broad-based and considerable.
First time I had seen Dr. Thomas, I am impressed by his professionalism. The nurse who took my stats must have had a bad day, she was very abrupt and did not seem to be Interested and only wanted to get out of the room as soon as possible. I know we all have bad days.
Good visit. Dr. Thomas is a great doctor. Resident working with him that day was a good listener and informative.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
