Patient Experience Reviews
Very Good!
So far, so good.
Tracy is very good. She did not push pills as the answer the way my primary doctor sometimes does.
Everything was great. ***
EVERYONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.
Great people.
Tracy was excellent - she understood they type of information I was looking for and explained so both myself and husband understood.
Tracy and staff are awesome. They pay attention to my health
Always a very good experience with this provider.
Provider responded very promptly to questions and information I had after the visit. I contacted her via Mychart.Office staff was very helpful setting up appointments for tests, follow up, and such that resulted from this visit.
Tracy was amazing. It was my first time with her and I will continue to see her if available moving forward.
I was glad my appointment time was honored because normally afternoon appointments are delayed from the providers getting behind schedule. This provider did an excellent job of staying current throughout the day.
Tracy is awesome she calls on Saturday after she results of the blood test if y medication needs adjusted. The staff makes all of my follow-up appointments and appointments for any recommended physicians. I have recommended Tracy to friends and family members, and they fill the same.
Tracy was excellent! She took time with me and explained things in easy to understand language.
Tracy was excellent in her listening and explaining plan of care. Reviewed all records that I brought with me. Feel I am in excellent hands!
Everything was handled professionally
No issues
Very good!
I really like Tracy she is my new choice for cardiologist care. [...] I'm so happy to have found Tracy. I already feel like she will listen to my concerns and do her absolute best to help me.
Everything went very well
I was pleasantly sruprised with all the spontaneous attention that was put on my visit! Also, I was again pleasantly surpirsed when I was told that the pharmacy of University Hospitals was going to fill my prescription for eliquis because I couldn't afford to pay for it and it helped me immediately! God did His marvelous magic again for me, thank you Jesus!
Care/concern always good
Everyone was professional and helpful. The provider was a great listener.
This appointment was a follow up, after a hospital stay. Dr. Schwab is very kind and caring about her patients overall health. I appreciate her very much. Thank you, ***
Tracy is the best, most efficient, knowledgable, and personable provider I've used.
Tracy: Immediately follow-up when my results from blood came back and reacted immediately. This team is awesome.
Great care/concern
Traci is fairly new to the practice. I felt very comfortable with her. I think she is very thorough and caring.
I usually see Dr. Al-Mubarek, who I really like as a doctor, but this time they changed my appointment to ***, the Nurse Practitioner of Dr. Mubarek. I thought she did a wonderful job, very kind, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. I made my follow-up appointment for next year with her also. Both Tracy and Dr. *** are true assets to UH in my estimation.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
